My guess is the Shinigami is legit due to the fire festival. That's it. It's the actual spirit coming to claim him, but he can see it because of this festival.

I suspected both Oden's and Toki's ghosts are gonna show up at least tbh, maybe even Ryuuma's. It would be extremely fitting thematically imo. I definitely agree with what you said there, I love it personally.

I think that Ichigo, one of Zoro's best friends, found a way to go after Zoro to teach him his bankai before he goes against Kaido again. Zoro probably unlocked Bankai alr but he doesn't know that he needs to scream it out loud to use it.
