I had this theory when I researched on Blackbeard Titantic ships captains. Avalo Pizaroo, Also known as corrupt king. There's isn't much said about him except for he was a corrupt king and was a king of one of the kingdom of north blue. And they over threw them for his ways. My theory was , Franky is related to him as avalo abandoned his son When he was over thrown. And hence he was found by Tom later on in east blue making weapons. And who over threw him? It was Roger pirates. It was once said in the mange , Roger destroyed a whole army of a nation who spoke bad of his crewmates. Hence Roger took down the army alone and Poeple over threw avalo from there and Then Franky was abandoned. As they both have blue hairs in common. And who else have blue hairs ? ITS vivi and Buggy. And ironically all three , Franky , Buggy , Vivi are Related to weapons. Franky was found at seashore making battleship. Weapons og high caliber even at a young age. Hence a genius even before Tom taught him anything. Buggy Uses his bombs and Now is a "Weapon mercenary". Vivi , the whole alabasta Arc was Crocodile finding Pluton and it was royal family who was aware of it. And these two families maybe somehow connected thou different Nation in different Seas. Alabasta was specifically made to Protect ancient weapon and main branch of the family Ruled in north blue. Buggy being one of the brother Franky could be possible as Roger defeated the whole nation alone. Maybe he took Buggy at thay time with him similar to theory being around of Shanks being taken From gods valley and Rogers took him because He destroyed the whole island with garp in the fight xebec. And from the recent reverie, Buggy is being chased, something happened to Vivi and alabasta island and their king and Franky talk3d about an anti kaido weapon. And not to forget Franky knows the blueprint of Weapon he burnt later on. So we all can expect Buggy to be there when (Maybe for comedic relief) while straw Hats clashes with Blackbeard pirates.
This is just a theory valid or not. I made just out of all the imp blue haired character in the series. It's rare to see blue haired character in one piece. Apart from green ( Our mosshead ofcourse )
