BM is a secondary antagonist to defeat in the same bracket as Orochi. Luffy already humiliated her in WCI by ruining her ceremony and taking Sanji away. Even if she's return it's not as a villain.

let’s use Roy Mustang from FMA, he’s a charismatic leader, good looking and one of the strongest characters in the story. His flaw is his cold blooded attitude and thirst for revenge. His flaw is not championed as a good thing, instead it is made very clear that it is not only detrimental for his goal it also makes him as bad as a villain(he’s literally drawn like one)

Who the hell paints Oden's flaw as good things? Both Roger and Whitebeard insulted him in the flashback. Heck, Kaido even exploited those flaws and said that theyre weaknesses that both Roger and Whitebeard share. He even fucking died because of those. How are they painted as good things?
