When he fought against Doflamingo and Law, it was something along the lines of "I'm just testing my powers", so people naturally assumed he just got his devil fruit.

I will say, the weird thing about Green Bull is that he’s shown signs of Devil Fruit awakening (flowers growing where he walks), and he also has a black blade, two of the rarest powers in the whole OP world lol. Issho does not seem to have either of these attributes (though Issho seems more like a CoO specialist than an armament specialist)

So this is strange. Not sure what conclusions we should draw if any.

I've been saying since Dressrosa that I believe that Green Bull and Fujitora might have been Bounty hunters prior to the WG draft. That would explain how the Marines knew about these two monsters in the first place. If they had been capturing criminals for years, and turning them into the Marines, then they would have already been on the radar of the World Government. Not just for their strength, but to also make sure they don't stray off, and become criminals themselves.

Yeah definitely the guy who just got a gravity power is able to summon meteors with such precision

Also I just realized Kuzan had the Hie Hie since being a viceadmiral. And Borsalino and Sakazuki probably follow the same pattern.

So it makes sense that the Marines sought after people with the most OP fruits. Just consult Vegapunk and have him say "bro gravity is slick".

Assuming Aramaki is in mid 40s, he probably was a pure swordsman for most of his fighting career. Atleast 20+ years with that sword....fully relying on CoA (and possibly CoC). Yh so hes probably a full on CoA Master.

As for Issho, yh hes a CoO specialist. He doesnt need a Black Blade since he was probably more of a speedy swordsman possibly. He also now has his gravity to give him high DC attacks.

Greenbull a CoA Specialist vs Sanji a CoO Specialist

Fujitora a CoO Specialist vs Zoro a CoA Specialist

These matchups will be interesting.
