In my view, top tiers are able to give each other at least very high diff...hence why the Yonkou refrained from fighting each other. Also why Akainu took 10 days to deal with Aokiji. Also how WB lost half a face to Akainu.

However, looking at Greenbull's portrayal this chapter with his fear of Shanks, do you think he will be able to push Akainu to extreme diff like Aokiji/ fight WB? I don't think so

It's not fear so much as getting hit by an attack from Shanks and then backing off to avoid fight the RHP.

Aramaki, a one man army sitting there planning to take on the Straw hats and the whole of Wano, and there is another Emperor and his crew... and just then Aramaki leaves. You need 2 Emperors and their crews + other pirates to make an Admiral back off. No wonder Akainu went with 1 ship to capture Blackbeard and his crew. It's interesting that Aramaki immediately sensed/recognized Shanks and his crew, while Luffy didn't at 100%.

Is GB retarded? He didn't dare enter wano when kaido was around but when he was defeated by Luffy he pulls up just like that? Luffy is arguably already stronger than kaido, what makes him think he can just walk in and "take his head"? Even if Luffy was sleeping, he has Zoro and Sanji to protect him. Kidd and law are there as well.
