So I know you are desperate
But Marines are scared of Mihawk they really are that's why they can neither send the new SSG that was supposed to "Replace" Mihawk nor an admiral to die. They are literally shook from his Marine hunting days.
So they only sent few random ships with vice admirals to die and disturb his sleep and die again.
But real scheme is paying someone 4 billion to kill Mihawk. Marines budget for Mihawk is more than Yonko lol.
Goes to show you Mihawk considers solo Mihawk as stronger threat than Luffy and his entire crew.
Its probably true tho. Mihawk vs Vista is a god tier feat because if Luffy looks away for one nano second against Vista he dies.
