Zoro doesn't have barrier haki. Stop spreading this. N fact he doesn't even have ryou. Barrier haki is displayed as moving the hands with the rest of the body anchored. Show us where he did that. And ryou is not an ability that a sword can do since it goes inside the body but Zoro's attacks were all cutting the outer layer of skin with it. Besides Oda makes sure to let the readers know that characters are using ryou via context and statements.

Well we're told she's strong, but her bounty isn't as high as her strength as hyped up to be, which is why I find it contradictory

According to lore she got a bounty of 80m in her first ''raid'' and was asked to be a warlord just after that.
Basically they didn't even wait her prove herself before asking, unlike every other warlord besides Teach.
So her bounty is low because the marines didn't dare to wait for it to be higher.
