You downright admitted that in manga black-and-white, I'm right. And when we remove black-and-white, it's literally the same except different hair-color, which applies to Sanji, as well lol
Going off of manga, it's either or. Anime supports Zoro.

DBs and VCs are directly stated to be by Oda himself and not once, anywhere, is it said that Vivre Card are written by anyone. YOU need to provide evidence that it's false, man.

Chibi Mihawk has the best cutting feat in the manga bar none (better than ISDS, better than Hiryuu Kaen, better even than the iceberg slash). That's not "YC attack power", it's solid top tier AP. No high tier — not even Rooftop Zoro — is splitting an island sized mountain.
Even Rayleigh was surprised at the destruction wreaked by it when he arrived.
They also have Lunarian durability/defence. As far as we're aware, Chibi Mihawk wasn't affected by Yami Teach's attacks.
Most likely Chibi Mihawk can beat the likes of Jack, Cracker, Smoothie and Queen.
It may even be able to oneshot that caliber of characters.
Tobi Roppo level is inane for that level of offence and defence. It's basically a lite version of Rooftop Zoro (amped raw power and durability, less combat IQ, CQC, haki, etc.).
It's a bit weaker than Rooftop Zoro IMO. But I'd place it comfortably above slow tanks like Queen.
