3 years is like 110-115 chapters since Oda publishes less than 40 chapters per year

Like, many people, including Straw Hats, saw Luffy in his Nika form, and NO ONE cared to ask Luffy (after Kaido was defeated) about this new power? "Hey Luffy, you looked COMPLETELY different there at the end, and also your voice disappeared and reappared, say, what was that all about?"
"Sorry, you need to wait until next arc when Vegapunk brings it up."
