Once again you literally can't read.
Nothing you said in this post about Garp and Roger's relationship in terms of similarities to Koby or the inferences you're making about Smoker are in or supported by the text.

i agree but it’s weird that after the dressrosa saga, they are all over the place and still no in-depth development from them. Just being overly cryptic.

They have to be strong unless...they get Smoker treatment like in PH..... We got YC+ Gastino....thats how it is. Characters need to be shown strong or story wont progress.
