That isn't too far fetched.
Anyways one thing like about Oda (one of the very few things lol) is that anytime he assigns someone a bounty..he gives reasoning before.
What ever reasoning is given before Kuzan's bounty by Barneww or who ever will assign him bounty, I'll go with that.
If they only mention strength like Mihawk, then its that.
If they say former Admiral or Navy, Joining enemy hands or some other shit, we'll go with that too.

Beckman might end up as the most overrated character in the entire manga history.
Anime which is not canon portrayed him that he has CoC which is possible for sure but in his entire career all he did was to say "dont move a muscle Kizaru" and Kizaru like the casual troll he is put his hands up for 10 seconds and right after he fuckin lasered all the sea to kill Luffy and for some weird reason fandom thinks that Ben can now solo every Admiral.
