Yes he is cool but we saw him getting beat by gear 2 luffy before time skip and he cant possibly have made the same gain the dude that just fought a yonko and yonko commanders did.
He should be close to fodder status at this point .
I don't expect much from him but he might switch side ? I mean no way he want fight luffy again atfer what happened and he def know luffy took down kaido so yes .
