In other words Kaido and Lucci are Awakened
Momo and Yamato aren't

As for Luffy, Nika Form is simply his Full Zoan
And he only Unlocked his Paramecia Awakening
Luffy still didn't unlock Zoan Awakening

This makes sense if Nika DF is both Zoan and Paramecia.

Another possibility is that Luffy is special case cuz Nika must be fully White
