The true MVP in this chapter is Sentomaru. He's following Lucci's awakening moves without any struggle and putting up defenses on time. His reactions are crazy. Puts into perspective how seemingly slow characters deal with speedsters.

Lucci did well against an awakened top tier. Showed awakening when an entire Yonkou crew of zoans didn't even show 1, including the "king of the beasts"

Luffy vs Kizaru goes even in an unfinished fight. There’s no other scenario I can see going other than that. Luffy can’t get de-hyped and dominated after just beating Kaidou, Kizaru can’t lose his hype before the final war.

I mean, I don't think that Kizaru losing to luffy would be a huge hype loss, since Luffy is a Top Tier too and also the protagonist. Sooner or later they'll lose to Luffy and that's fine.
He can recover for the Final War with pretty much the same hype.
You all sound like Luffy is gonna crush him, but an extreme diff battle is pretty acceptable and the hype still.
