1) Five star chapter, it feels like "volume 25" Oda. 
2) Plus, not a Zoro wanker but he's in a whole different level when it comes to defend the crew/the ship, what a chad
3) Ah, another thing: so, Kuma has a plan and everybody got it years ago. What I didn't consider, instead, is that the plan will probably be shared and developed along with Punk, while Dragon or the WG just didn't have a clue about what it is. My 2 cents: Punk is gonna blow a high value tactical strike to the World Government, like stealing a proof, a document, kidnapping a person with Kuma's power, something that only him could do and that's the very reason behind is transformation: a Trojan horse, with the right power for the right job.
I don't think that he went suicide mode, nor that he's starting a pure military operation. Come on, you just escaped Mary Geoise and there you go, to the Red port again. Come on!

Yeah, I've always considered healthy old WB as the strongest character pre-TS
And yes, this does raise Zoro's observation haki stocks considerably in my eyes.
I've always thought that Zoro has the best reaction-speed/reflex related (passive) observation haki amongst SHs (Luffy has the best when he actively uses FS). Like, how many times in Wano did Zoro even get caught off guard or got hit without defending himself? Just once really, when Enma acted up and King landed a hit. The rest of the cases were Zoro getting overpowered in clash/defence which is a different story.
What we saw here is just a confirmation of what I've thought before.
Still, no diffing Ace in sleep at close range is a better feat that what Zoro accomplished IMO.
Rookie Ace was back then Jinbe level at least, and his speed/CQC scales there kinda. And WB just one shot in sleep lol.
I would also have to see if Zoro can consistently do it. Because WB consistently clowned on Ace who kept trying sneak attacks.
Anyway, yes. I would put his observation haki at a solid mid top tier. Better than Kaido's and Luffy's when they aren't using FS, but worse then they do.
To reach high top tier in observation haki, IMO you need future sight or some variant of advanced observation haki. (Kaido - FS. Mihawk - clairvoyant. Shanks - FS killer which basically accomplish a similar thing. I'd presume that Roger/WB/Rayleigh/Garp/admirals have some variant of advanced observation haki as well, for admirals it's implied in MF)

I wonder why Vegapunk can’t return Kuma back to his original self? By can’t, does he really mean won’t? Is Kuma serving some sort of purpose for Vegapunk?
I am super excited to see Kidd and Killer! I can’t believe people thought we weren’t going to Elbaf! Kidd will probably find Saul. I wonder how he’s going to approach Saul? Will he take the diplomatic or aggressive approach?

This would be nice growth from the Black Maria fight, with Sanji and Robin fighting together, and Sanji protecting Robin from Cipher Pol like he said he would.
