The point is that those 2 often got clowned to make the enemies look better.
Sure Luffy got a W after random flashback with Master Rayleigh and so on.
Sanji rarely got a W though. Didn't get a W in Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Zou, Wano's earlier arcs and Egghead. His only W was against Queen and that's thanks to family power up. Besides that, he never come out on top against Vergo, Doffy, Judge, Yuen, Page One, S Shark etc.
