Something else to keep in mind @CoC: Color of Clowns that there is a chance that Vivi may still be trying to find a place to meet with the crew

Morgans still doesn't have anywhere near the utility the Straw Hats do. Sanji can carry Vivi around while defending her better than Morgans' ship, since he can both attack, and change direction much quicker. Same with Luffy in some of his stronger forms.
Franky can keep her inside the General Franky, and the Sunny itself is capable of much faster escapes than Morgans' craft.
Vivi was on Imu's hit list, too, so, it doesn't really matter what the public think. She doesn't need to hide, she needs to be around people that can actually stand up against the World Government's worst forces.
Morgans is also wanted by the WG, I don't think Vivi, Morgans, or Wapol are safe right now.
