The fact that Kuzan and Blackbeard are having a discussion around the "man with the burned scar" resolving around poneglyphs, shows that the reason Kuzan joined Blackbeard might be because he believed he was the one who had the best chance to find the One Piece, with him likely wanting to finding the truth behind the World Government

Prime garp also = roger
Roger's protege in terms of swordfight and leadership is Shanks
Shanks is a yonko so he's >>> admiral just like prime garp
Shanks is also <= Mihawk
So mihawk is >= prime garp, roger too
So mihawk claps 12 Kuzan's and does not just have the upper hand

Saul has been hiding in Elbaf since the Ohara incident so I doubt it was him. Not impossible though since he would have to go though Fishmen island I guess
