Benn vs King is debatable. I won't comment on this Benn's powers are still a mystery.
Kaido would have won against Shanks.

In my opinion, Benn is really strong, along the lines of present Zoro, so that more or less sets the battle.

Kaido vs Shanks would have been a long battle with Kaido resulting on top ad the end, but extremely hurt. All the RHP, Benn included, would have intervened long before that.

If they got stronger by changing Islands why tf would they train in time skip , they couldn't just travelled all islands.

What Zoro means by that is , They get to fight extreme diff fights in each Island and grow.
Egghead had no such scene so far. If Luffy/Zoro fights Kizaru then
Egghead crew> Wano crew.
but currently with no fights
Wano crew = Egghead crew (It's not even 10 days properly.)
