I don't have Luffy above Kaido at this point, but I can't deny that in his Prime, he's one of the favorites to be above Kaido given the narrative. However, even though he's currently not superior to Kaido, I place him within the top 5 and above any admiral/fleet admiral.

You forgot myriad of low-rank opponents ever sincr he was on the run with ZoLo until rooftop, so many he needed Sanji and Jinbe to keep him from spending all his energy :moonwalk:
