• Yamato saying that all her "friends" were killed by Kaido.
• Kaido killing the 3 samurais trapped in the cave.
• The Gorosei stating that it's common sense that there are numerous deaths when Kaido and Big Mom are involved already refutes the entire premise that Kaido doesn't kill anyone.

The problem isn't just with Kaido anymore, but rather with the mangaka who doesn't frequently depict these things on-screen, as he repudiates the idea that for a series to be good, there needs to be so many deaths.
And it's not just Kaido who's affected by this:

• Imu failed to kill Sabo along with 5 Gorosei.
• Lucci failed to kill Sentomaru.
• Even though Kizaru was given permission to execute all the pirates in Marineford, he didn't execute anyone.

On the other hand, Kaido was the one who killed Oden (a top-tier) and subsequently to kill Luffy, who was a sky-splitter.

Interesting that Caramel confidently stated that Meme would become the greatest shield the celestial dragons could hope for if she became a CP agent, but she didn't dare make the jump and affirms the product she was hyping up would become the strongest navy soldier even with a formal military training.
Meme would only make the cut as admiral in weakass eras like the one we're going to get in the epilogue, alongside Prince Grus and Koby

If Big Mom actually joined the WG/Marines and had a mentor who would have raised her well and not spoiled her, as well as kept training her then there is a good chance that she could have easily became a Admiral.

And if not a Marine, then probably a Cp0 Agent.

For all we know that Big Mom in a different timeline could have been different than the one we are used to.

Heck if Big Mom had her Soul Soul Fruit as well, she would be giving the Marines and WG even more soldiers.

The only thing I could see holding Big Mom back from becoming a Admiral is her hunger rampage, and if that's the case then she would probably just become a Vice Admiral only.
