He actually needed dto blindside luffy to dodge and land an attack on Luffy
Snakeman Luffy was something Kizaru can't dodge easily , can just block. Kizaru is speed based brawler/kicker

While Rayleigh couldn't dominate Kizaru in his own domain: swordsmanship

Admirals are built different, this chapters makes it more clear. For Yonko you just have to have more influence and power to overrule other pirates. Admirals however are the powerhouse that rose from the ground level whose duty is to protect the civilians from the said Yonkos. Also most of the Yonko are just born freak. Admirals got there with their sheer hardwork and Willpower. F*ck it all Admirals might’ve CoC.

The comparision i drew was for speed. Rayleigh actually stalemated Kizaru in close quarters meanwhile Snakeman's attacks all got palmed away. And Ray ain't even a Fs user for all we know.

All of luffy attack did not get palmed away .
Look at the chapter Kizaru even did the light guard with his knee.
This far more impressive guard stat than speed even if speed is a aspect .
Like who fuck guards with there knee standing up lol .
