Why is it bad news?
In any case this proves most marines still don't know about G5. It had always been rumored.
If Aokiji or Akainu knew about it previously, they would have acted differently. He mostly likely found out recently and if Saturn didn't tell him then it's through listening in.
The Gorosei still want the fruit although they didn't tell this to all marines, it's obvious they are still looking to capture Luffy if they were chasing the fruit for hundreds of years.
Saturn might be coming for Luffy any time.

The Bagua of Kaido can easily reach Kizaru and blitz him based on this chapter. As I mentioned earlier, Kaido stepped on Snakeman with both adcoc and Ryou equipped; he would perform even better against a Snakeman who can't handle the physical power of Kaido's blows. In the end, someone who can't even harm him, those punches that Kaido would be taking would result in zero damage received.
Not to mention that Ryou and adcoc boosted the Attack Power of Snakeman's punches. Without Ryou and adcoc equipped, the attacks would be like tickling Kaido, while Kizaru, if he's having trouble with this, there's no limit to how strong Kaido is.

The same lightning you can see in Jinbe vs WW or Ulti vs Luffy?
Or even better in Luffy vs Katakuri, as I have already said?
Not once you can see haki trails like 1010 (with a much weaker CoC, I might add) or the no touching (bar for the Bajarang gun only, and even then Luffy spoked only about Hyogoro).
So, I return to my first point: If we randomly took panels of G5's fight without knowing anything, the haki usage would be totally indistinguishable from the CoA used against Kata, just to say one.

Feels like Oda does not even wanna waste any more panel than necessary on non G5 stuff. This feels extremely rushed tbh. Kiz's kick is super cool, but other than that all of this gives me nothing.
I've also got the feeling that this was it from the non awakened part of the pika no mi. Even tho they are the coolest type imo, there's only so much you can do with a logia aswell. Wouldn't be surprised if that kick was the non awakened Pika no mi's peak.
Hopefully he will take some time for the fight of their awakenings. Logia awakening could legitimately drop next week
