I really feel like that was end of the fight ,half chapter for 3 chapters of them fucking around until Oda show and hype Saturn .
Hell you had more people talking about Saturn then luffy punching Kizaru and i think that is what Oda wanted .
He let what was suppose to be a hype fight be a be cat mouse game all to hype the elder .

thats what it was for, tbh. it wasnt supposed to be a cat and mouse game. kizaru is the most efficient one, and he had a simple job. even saturn said it, he's surprised Vegapunk is still alive!

kizaru has a job to do and if he fails he gets punished like everyone else. the fact that saturn made landfall means kizaru failed. he went past his time limit. its time for the real guy to step in
