Offcourse someone has to carry the roger pirate every time they fought Xebec, Ray was the one to deal with whitebeard prior to roger and whitebeard becoming rival later. this literaly kill any notion that whitebeard was stronger, ray was the one to cancel newgate every time roger fough xebec and probably did more.
