imo oda showed him/built up kuma long endurance of suffering and already gave plot points for kuma to survive this.

we see his soul still running in empty background(memory wiped) so he not fully gone.
with soul hint of kuma still enduring, i remember vega punk saying soul is tied to memories/it can never be erased

5☆ chapter for the "Nothing Happened" call back. Even prime kuma wasn't sure he could take all that pain and not faint. Zoro gas comes in all shapes and sizes, but it comes nonetheless.

Sanji and Zoro have always had two distinct, although complementary, roles in the crew and I was perfectly fine with that. Sanji has never been just a fighter and I don't want him to be one. I'm ok with Zoro getting the spotlight when fighting is needed. Sanji usually had his own stealthy thing to do and a smaller fighting role was totally acceptable. Both were useful.
I'm not ok with what CL⁶oda has been doing since Sabaody. Sanji has slowly been turned into a gag character that sometimes tries to be stealthy, fight or do anything remotely useful and ends up failing most of the times. And the rare times he doesn't (the cake diverting BM attention, Queen), whatever is happening around him dwarfes his achievements. And the worst part is that CL⁶oda is clearly aware of what he is doing, the wing thing the most obvious hint of this. I can't accept this does not have a greater purpose. Vegapunk didn't even mention Judge once.
