Yeah that was definitely obvious imo. Jinbei dogwalked him. Who's Who was a huge letdown and just a plot device and hype tool for Jinbei, such an awesome fruit was wasted on him.
WW didn't even have awakening unlike Lucci now, although ironically he does have a superior fruit to Lucci ofc.
Sasaki and WW deserved better along with Jack.

Kidd is ridiculously slow and one note, though.
Lucci's not going to just let him hit him with a giant mechanical bull. It worked on Big Mom as she's a much bigger target and she was usually recovering from Law's shockwaves when Kidd hit her.

Yeah but honestly i feel like the point of it wasn’t to hype anyone but just to show “this was the level the straw hats gained in two years.”

Mid tier straw hats like Franky and Robin are now able to deal with opponents that could beat pre timeskip luffy in the form of the other Tobi Roppo.

Basically the Tobi Roppo fights were just used to show the difference in pre and post Timeskip power level.
