when I do str builds I usually max out strength level wise and then I use stamina and poise boosting rings so Im not actually aware if there's more gear/rings that boost str but it would not surprise me

That isn't how two handing works btw. It increases your str by 50%, that a 1.5x buff.

Two handing with 25 strength gives you 37.5 strength.

So you still wouldn't be able to use the fume ultra great sword
