I guess so. Emeth is a famous golem from Judaism but that’s all I know from the name.
More specifically, Emeth (truth, אמת) is written on the golem, usually forehead in order to "activate it". (and removing it destroys it, or alternatively, removing the א to turn it into death (מת)
The one you are referring to has an Emet necklace, based on a polish kabbalist's story. He was turned to dust after the necklace was taken away.

I don't think it means anything besides a cool name for a golem like creature
