aokiji want the one piece and keep it away from the pirates, shanks want to keep it away from the wrong hand, marked man had the last poneglish that can help find one piece, luffy and blackbeard want the one piece and have large army and many high tiers while buggy had mihawk, akainu, imu will make barrier from the one piece while dragon will support the pirates that are more likely to help after finding one piece vs imu.
Pure timewasting chapter, it's what Oda is best at. He's getting too high on his own supply, and cannot judge what is a good use of time anymore (thinking constant pauses don't matter anyway).
Vegapunk's entire speech over all the months was pure hot air. He mentioned there were once huge continents, which is kinda cool, but the rest is all the standard empty One Piece hype babble.
The stuff with Bonney is the cheesiest stuff I can remember, and it is after all nothing more than a repeat of before. It also doesn't do away with Bonney essentially being completely uninteresting as one of the most important new characters. Constantly showing a panel of her crying about her daddy is not enough.
Saturn of course is clearly cemented as the weakest Gorosei - with the exception of the worm, perhaps, which might have a very dangerous bite but is just ridiculous in all sorts of ways.

I just want to make clear, that the treasure of Joy Boy aint the One Piece.
One Piece is the reasure Roger left and it got that name because People started calling it that way, not Roger nor Joy Boy.
Roger just left his treasure in the same place Joy Boy left his, so people will seek his treasure and at the same time find what Joyboy left.
Its a way to make people research about the void century, bring out the secrets of the world and get rich at the same time.
