Yeah, I'm not leaning on titles as much anymore. Oda really spent the last 7 chapters hyping up the Gorosei's haki, just to have an even stronger haki come in and compare it directly to Shanks lol. The giants ain't even sure who's bigger, according to Pew's translation.
