Franky, despite being a Cyborg and a great inventor and science enthusiast, isn't tied that deeply to the pinacle of scientific inventions like Sanji is, even if unwillingly. The truth is we should've got even more Vegapunk and Sanji interactions like the one in this chapter, perhaps there are stuff that happened here that will be revealed in the future, even for Franky, who knows
