So what's stopping mihawk from fighting him? Shanks is strong enough as we know. And mihawk has yet to beat him, or else there wouldn't be anything to settle.

The Fucking Hand. Why does he value the hand so much? Oda outright said shanks didn't get weaker at all. And shanks went from a commander level dude to a Yonko. So he got so much fucking stronger.
So what is stopping mihawk from beating his eternal rival he never beat?
