To be honest, there might be conditions to use that attack. Its still not known how it works. Perhaps he can't use it while regenerating from damages or needs to charge it after using it who knows.

I don't think any VA tanking a bunch of ulti headbutts.
Maybe there stronger in terms of power but in terms of taking damage i would put Nami and Ussop over most VA any day .

The stasis is a different effect and the impact yeah would make Usopp or Nami fall backwards, but I doubt it’d kill them or hurt them any more than Ulti did
That eye ability wasn't the only thing he had. If that didn't work, he could simply resort to using those poisonous orbs that were strong enough to wipe away himself, Warcury, and Ju Peter in one shot. Wouldn't of killed him to do so.

Dude was not going risk that on top of there and could end up blowing up something important .
Plus i bet chopper would have bounce them away he had no issues with his legs .
