Alright it seems like there are only two ways for the Gorosei to get killed.

The first is, Imu has to take away their immortality.

And my guess for the other, is that Imu has to get killed.
Imu got ptsd from Joy Boy's haki -> the Gorosei lost their powers
They probably sold their souls to Imu and Imu placed his soul into them
He’s like the devil, Voldemort and Father from FMB

Garling replacing Saturn
Both were there at God Valley

Once again people who have history with ROCKS as enemy or allies carry One Piece world
Step by step Oda will reveal anything what happen in God Valley, who fought who and what was the truly goal of Xebec.

- Sengoku teased Rocks and God Valley, we learn for the first-time about Xebec.
- Big Mom and Kaido flashback show us the aftermath
- Kuma flashback show us the begin of the raid and all characters being on the island
- Next character will show us more
- Teach arc will show us everything.

The God valley incident and Xebec(overall Rocks crew) play a huge role in One Piece.

Pretty similar to Moria ,Imu takes back his power to become stronger.

People theorize that Imu has a similar fruit to Moria ,just more powerful.
I think Imu is just storing his haki / fruit powers in them like Joyboy did to Emet. If he is immortal, maybe his haki can give the Gorosei something similar.

Interesting to see a new Vegapunk body that has all the good aspects minus greed and evil. Perhaps this is the EOS form that will help Luffy creates the Utopia that will last forever without any evildoer.

To all the Nerdjuro fans, turns out Moon Man Garling might turn out the strongest swordsman of the government

Anha, so who will Zoro fight again? I mean all the Nerdjuro fans were sure he was the final opponent Zoro will fight since he’s the supposed SECRET strongest swordsman in the world but lo and behold, Moon man has arrived and suddenly the Nerd is old news

It’s almost like neither of these guys matters to Zoro since the Strongest swordsman has been the same person we’ve known for 1000 chapters now

After this chapter, it seems that the Elders are really just figureheads that also serves as Imu's limbs given that he preferred to get rid of Saturn instead of the Admirals, CP9s and VAs that had equally failed as him. Guess the latter 3 are far more valuable than a privileged World Noble who's just an extension of his power.
