The anime 100% bro, go check it out. They did a really good job with it. Drawing isn’t Isayama’s strong suit lol, the guy should just write novels.

Tbh he does have some really standout panels. I think the set pieces involving titans in particular looked great further into the series. Anything with the human characters was kinda wonky or plain tho I agree...

In any case, yeah anime is the way to go for that one. Season 2 and 3 are some of the most polished anime productions I have seen.

If we take into account the built up expectations then yeah maybe. The greater the height, the greater the fall. Same case with GOT, but I can still appreciate that Isayama tried to go somewhere. He was envisioning a sort of poetic ending, reminds me of Code Geass but it got too convoluted.

Nothing WB says Teach isn't special. WB is talking about Roger's lineage which is Sun God of course Teach isn't from that lineage.

Teach's lineage is different like Moon God, Xebec's.

Thats why Saturn knew Luffy is Sun God but still says Teach has special lineage as well as Imu cuts his poster.

I cannot remember any from top of my head

Why is it that mangakas always shit the bed when they reach the ending?
They either rush it into a mangled illogical mess of loose ends and plot holes, or they just overlook all the character development and can't find a way to pay off the overall plot so the ending feels forced and weird.

It happened with AoT (thank god I dropped it after the basement reveal), Bleach and many others. Currently JJK is going through that.

I hope with all my heart that Oda doesnt botch One Piece ending. That would really hurt.
Same thing with Kingdom if the author decides to deviate a lot from real history and start modifying the plot too much with his headcanon.
I am currently in the Western Zhao Invasion arc (chapter 514) and I hear a lot of people dislike the Hango Campaign arc because the writing quality dropped a lot.

At least I can be certain that HxH will always remain on top since there won't be an ending

Yeah S3 is still good but even first part is slightly less great than before. And I think the manga caught up art wise, found its own rhythm and was better to follow
