I was thinking now, why did a gorosei even wanted to save all those cpsomething agents? even though they heard the transmission and saw the elders true form, he still made sure they escaped, isn't that strange.

Now that I remember, I think Morj was saying Peter was gonna be a traitor in the gorosei..
