That’s an AP feat. Kaido wasn’t serious on the roof so you can’t use this to say Zoro can keep up with top tier speeds.

Zoro gets destroyed by any admiral or yonko 1v1 and is much more comparable to Sanji than Luffy.

Zoro does have ACoC and hence can compete with top tiers in terms of AP(even that, on to an extent). But he cannot compete with top tier speeds or FS.

Sanji on the other hand has much better speed and CoO than Zoro, meaning even if he can’t match Zoro’s AP, in a 1v1, Zoro would still have considerable difficulty as he’d have a hard time tagging Sanji.

Zoro's AP is easily top tier level but his overall combat skills aren't and until he improves his COO/get FS (likely against Shiryu) it won't change. All the current top tiers dfless swordsmen (Mihawk/Shanks/Rayleigh) have top COO (we know Shanks already has FS) on top of COA/COC.
There's a reason why even in Egghead Oda didn't let Zoro have a lenghty clash with Kizaru or a Gorosei like Nasjuro, having him getting stalled for a dozen of chapters by Lucci before winning instead.
