No, Oda should have had Vegapunk say The World government was ending the world
@Monkey D Theories the problem was in the Vegapunk speech itself… Oda had Vegapunk tell the entir eoerld that SOMEONE is trying to end the world and conveniently Oda made sure to have Vegapunk NOT say who… yet he does know who… Vegapunk does know the Mother flame was given to the WG by York
The reason nothing has changed after the speech and everyone is basically still doing the same things they were doing before the speech is because Vegapunk didn’t just outright say “It’s the government that’s going to kill you all”
