Will Zoro one day say “KoH style” and there’s no visual indicators of it? Well, that hasnt happened so how would you know it’s happening?

Yes Luffy is using his devil fruit and haki at the same time, he isn't however magically creating a new type of haki by fusing them or whatever nonsense you're saying lol.
