The Giants are being portrayed as a powerful group, the STRONGEST army of the seas. They are valued highly enough to be sought out by Yonkos, to be the dealbreakers for PK level

Dorry and Broggy being YC1+ in the current climate of high- and top-tiers makes a lot of sense
