Peak chapter, Loki design and Elbaph are absolutely fire 
Regarding the X on Luffy's arm, it's a request of help from Vivi, remember what the Goat Zoro said about her: "She can hold her own" and the comparison with Ace. She saves herself from the Government and now she is asking help to the Strawhats thanks to an idea of Zoro, Zoro is always right
Can wait for next chapter, the set up from Oda for this island looks really promising

Vivi is definitely sending a message, it's a pretty nice callback to Alabasta and shows Vivi is thinking like the SH trying to send a message, (The crew in Elbaph wouldn't understand the message as they were never in Alabasta)
