nerfed but not to the extent that normal person could bear the labor work..Udon jailer guards commented that it was impressive of Luffy and Kid eventhough seastone was nerfed....also, my point is that this hypes Loki and more than any opponent Luffy struck with G4....if it is Snakeman it will be even more impressive but it could also be that Luffy didn't really want to hit him or Luffy knows he will dodge because Snakeman can be dodged only if you are faster person like Kizaru or with FS like Kaido or Katakuri...

Ain't no way Oda forgot Kaido had to go all out and even asspulled FS ( he couldn't snakeman perceive based on his reflexes) to react to post-udon Snakeman punches lol,Kizaru is kinda excusable because he's likely the fastest character in the series but a guy chained in seastone (so extremely nerfed physical stats and haki) shouldn't even realize what hit him, or the typical shonen power creep also hit One Piece lol
