On the other hand, Kata, Marco & King who were Commanders of their respective Captains since very Young Age & for Long Time never managed to reach that Bounty, with Marco having 1.37B, Kata with 1.05B and King who has Highest among Rocks Trio Crews had 1.39B, when you add 100M for being Lunarian, that makes King's Bounty 1.49B which is closest you can get to "Yonko Candidate" Bounty

It's clear to me that anyone who is given a +1.5B means World Government or World in General consider them "Top Tiers" & "Great Power".
