She literally has the same trails of ACoC that Kaido has and she is a confirmed Conqueror haki user. She ironically also used ACoC to strike Greenbull who no sold the attack like it was nothing. And unlike a certain green haired swordsman she is explicitly stated to have Coax in her Vivre card entry.

Only way Luffy vs Sanji goes to anything that remotely resembles extreme-diff is if Luffy does him like how he did Lucci and embarrasses him with G5, simply because he enjoys fighting at his freest. But you obviously can't call Luffy vs Lucci an extreme-diff fight - we all know Luffy could've just shitstomped Lucci in base with ACoC alone and he could do the same to Sanji.
Fact of the matter is, regardless of what you think they'll be like EoS, Sanji is just lightyears behind Luffy rn. He's far behind Zoro too, who also doesn't need ACoC to beat Sanji. Idk when you guys think Sanji will "catchup" - he will simply go down in history as a wing of the Pirate King which is legendary enough in and of itself. It doesn't have to mean he was on the same level or even tier as Luffy. He'll catch-up in the same way Sakura "caught up" to Naruto and Sasuke lmfao, who were legendary in the sense that they were the 2nd coming of the legendary sannin and always had that dynamic, similar to the M3.
Only way Sanji genuinely catches up to Luffy and Zoro is if he awakens ACoC - then his potential goes through the roof. Without ACoC nor a top-tier DF, there is not a power on this earth that could close the gap that Luffy and Zoro are creating. Especially when Luffy will likely reach Joyboy levels of ACoC (solo sky-split) and Zoro has at least one confirmed power-up on the way in the form of a black blade, will likely also gain/demonstrate sky-splitting CoC and is still yet to go all-out with his newfound power (KOH Asura). Meanwhile, we've seen Sanji's current all-out power and it did as much as a strong right from Franky 😭
