Zoro isn't the type to invade Luffy fights at all.

It’s possibly sarcasm
It also may be just a Japanese expression like a shrine pilgrimage
But there are other indications that Loki is innocent and this fits that narrative in Oda’s style, just like he foreshadows the children abducted by having them see the bird.
