I wonder if Saint Shanks is using Luffy to somehow powerup the Straw Hat or whatever and Saint Shanks intends to steal it back from him to become Joy Boy that way. It sounds stupid as fuck, but the entire frozen straw hat plot line is just stupid as fuck to begin with.

So maybe that’s evil Saint Shanks. He stole the Gomu Gomu fruit from the WG so he could become Joyboy, not because he is actually a government enemy. He gave the Straw Hat to Luffy so maybe the Straw Hat could somehow serve as a tool to manipulate Luffy?

So what if Joyboy impregnated the Straw Hat with its seed, and Saint Shanks gave the Straw Hat to Luffy knowing the Straw Hat would alter Luffy’s personality or will somehow??? Or maybe Luffy alters the Straw Hats power and Saint Shanks intends to take the Straw Hat back???

Anyway, meanwhile Saint Sommers exists:

If Kishi wrote this fight, the Uchiha would win with only a bit of trouble.

But I think FTG and Minato's reactions are too cracked lol. Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi is a non issue to two sensory type shinobi, Minato has large chakra reserves (sage mode requires as much) and anything he infuses with his chakra (which he was the very best at until Naruto came along) is permanently his FTG seal.

Legitimately, their only hope is to get one of them into Kamui dimension ASAP. Otherwise you have two guys who can teleport to any seal or area they mark with chakra, can mark each other to always teleport to one another... And all their shadow clones too.

I just don't know how these characters fight that. Especially when Sick Itachi and this vers. of Sasuke are almost liabilities to Obito. Neither can tolerate this offensive for long.

Law not having CoC proves you can be a 3 billion tier without CoC so long as you are a DF merchant

However to be a 4 bil or 5 bil tier you need CoC from everything we have seen. All the pre skip yonko had CoC. WB had one of the strongest DFs and he still had CoC.

So at the very least we can say Akainu probably has CoC. Maybe Kuzan, as he was a fleet admiral candidate.
