I don't have cover stories man... but I think it was something like that, Yamato without her kanabo? And then Tama oneshots Holdem by the face. So, you can imagine what Oda could have done here.

Are you talking about this panel? There is no fight. Holdem simply takes tama as hostage only for tama to neg holdem next chapter.

Regardless let's disagree to agree on Loki being the arc villain, time will tell.
That said, I'm curious how you think the whole situation with the Holy Knights will be resolved then?
For the sake of it even if I agreed that Loki will be the main antagonist this arc, the reality is that there are two massive threats on Elbaf at the moment (i.e. Loki and the Holy Knights) whom of which are antagonistic to each other.
