Killinham df is absolutely broken (using imagination for materilizaton is nuts)
Sommer is absolutely diabolical he's worse then Doffy god damn, seems like the perfect opponent for Sanji
Loki is about to enter his Itachi era (It does seem like King Harald was always and Loki knew about it so he killed him)

I'll give it 4 stars for the WSJ cover and the color cover, we're about to go into the usual boring flashbacks.
As for the Kirin guy, someone in here said that haki is always on so the candies new sweetheart was 1 tapped, eye diffed, swift diffed.

The WSJ cover page with Loki+Luffy+Zoro makes me think he will indeed be the final big fight of the arc, despite him being a clear misunderstood tsundere, since all the other arc villains got similar color pages.
However if Oda is going to try to paint Loki as a schemer who's gonna betray everyone next chapter he's already fumbled the portrayal. If he was a real trickster who wanted to deceive people into freeing him, he should've accept the Gimmick Knights' deal and turned on them shortly after, or in front of the M3+Giant Pirates he should've just immediately passed out to convince everyone he wasn't a threat instead of putting them all on edge with that dumb attack on the tree.

kid loki calling his brother bastard, means he heard from adults or parent, aka someone close to raising him. since children are impressionable and mimic the words of someone close to them thinking it's ok.
Honestly don't see loki meaning the words he said to his older brother. He is mimicing someone else he feels close to, some other adult.
Also they mention loki will take months to heal. so if luffy takes him, of chance he has df to shrink. means chopper will take over in caring for loki wounds.
