I personally have a hard time believing that Killingham is stronger than Sommers.

Sommers is from the Shepherd Family, same family that Ju Peter one of the Elders is from, he was introduced sitting on his chair like a boss lol, his military outfit has some medals, and finally with Shamrock gone, it seems like he is acting like the leader of the group.

Despite his devil fruit not being as interesting as Killingham, I do still think he is the strongest out of three, and he is also the only one that is carrying a sword.

I think some are jumping to conclusions with Sanji vs Sommers just because of the whole love thing, it's like back in Wano when Sanji fans thought he would fight King because of the whole thing with their fire, and also because they can both fight in the air.

Of course I'm not against Sanji vs Sommers but I don't think it's going to happen.

Sommers seems pretty on the nose similar to Sanji. I'd enjoy it if they faced off, passion vs passion but we'll see. Either that or the similarities are intentional but not for Sanji to face off and instead create a paralell for the sake of Zoro vs Sommers. We'll see, if more Holy Knights arrive then I'd expect Zoro's dight to be there, if not Sommers has himself a blade.

I thought that too but if this was the case he would force some zoro parallel with killingham which is not there at all beside the sleeping gag
